Welcome to Arjun – A Boutique Hotel! We are delighted to have you as our guest. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before signing this document. By signing this form, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined below:

1. Check-in time is 1:00 pm (13:00 hours)

2. Check-out time is 11:00 am (11:00 Hours)

3. Please note:  a.) Early check-in before 11 am & late checkout after 12:00; will be chargeable.

                              b.) Breakfast Timings are 8.00am – 10:30am.

   b.) The Kitchen opens at 08:00 am and closes at 10:30pm.

4. Additional charges may apply for extra occupants, as per the booking details(if any).
5. 5. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by them, their friends, or anyone they are responsible for. Damages will be charged to the guest without prior notification.

6 Key Card Lost charges is INR 500/-

7. 7. Don’t wash clothes or hang them on the balcony walls to dry. Use the laundry service instead; ask reception for details.
8. We don’t have parking on-site. Our staff will help you park your vehicle safely at a spot 300 meters away from our property.
9. We have backup power for occasional outages, but it might take a few minutes to start. During these times, the AC and geyser might not work. 
10. No visitors are allowed in rooms. Guests can meet in common areas and restaurants from 8:30 am to 10 pm.
11. We have an electric locker in the wardrobe for your valuables, but we’re not responsible for any loss.
12. Alcohol and non-veg are strictly not allowed on the property due to its sacred nature.
13. No smoking is allowed on the premises.
14. If a guest orders food from outside, the guest is responsible for receiving it
15. Arjun – A boutique hotel is not responsible for any losses experienced by guests, including injuries, accidents, lost or damaged property, or inconvenience.
16. 16. I agree to pay a cancellation fee per night if I shorten my stay.
